Yes, because the tire sealant goes to the leak. But it also closes the sensor and therefore it's no longer able to measure the correct values. You will need to replace the sensor in that tire. Please note; when you replace 1 sensor it may be that it gives a stronger signal than the other (obsolete) sensors. TPMS sensors last 5 to 8 years or between 150,000 and 180,000 kilometers. If this is the case, you will need to replace all sensors.In that case you will have to replace all sensors.
